The location is great and staff is great.

but the beds really need to be undated. The breakfast area needs a lot of work and other options. The walk are extremely thin and you can hear the tv next door

This was my first experience using this Best Western, it was so easy for me from booking to check out. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. All employees that I came into contact with were kind and helpful. So clean, and most importantly it was safe for this amputee. Getting around in the room was easy and comfortable. Thank you for having me. I will be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Home Away From Home — Especially on Thanksgiving I’ve been staying at the Best Western in Auburndale for two years now, and every visit feels like coming home to a second family. This past Thanksgiving was no different. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with genuine warmth—especially from Chris, whose smile is so infectious it instantly brightens your day. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but it’s the people who make it truly special. Chris and the rest of the team consistently go above and beyond, creating an atmosphere that feels safe, friendly, and familiar. It’s rare to find a place where you can relax the moment you arrive, but this Best Western manages to deliver that feeling every time. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just a hotel, I can’t recommend the Best Western Auburndale enough. I’m already looking forward to my next stay

"I would stay again because of the location to my sons house"

Had to switch rooms because of loud music. Nobody seemed to care that I was inconvenienced when something should have been done about the problem. The walls are very thin.
