Only the spa

1. Clean the room without notice to customer or without customer instruction as while I was just going for breakfast then when I go out the request to clean the room was not done when i.come back at night 2 have to pay for additional towels??? 3 Request a king size bed and shown a king size bed but when agreed to switch was given a queen size one and told us that they only has queen size 4. Location far from other facilities and malls, etc
