"Pleasant"

The location was good close to everything.

Needs to be updated and only one elevator worked. Water took about 10 mins to get warm. The king size room was big and had a small fridge and microwave. That was a plus. The bed was comfortable.

"Nice place in laredo "

This hotel is nice and a good deal considering all of laredo's hotels are extremely overpriced

We stayed here about 10 years ago and had a great experience. It appears not much has been updated since our last stay. This time, service was just not as good. Room was not cleaned one day, I had to ask for new towels. We stayed a total of 5 nights and only asked for it to be cleaned twice, one of which was not done. Breakfast was decent and staff running the food area were very nice and attentive.
