The people in the room next to us left their dog in the room while they went out to do whatever. We were "treated" to the poor dog barking for hours over two days of our stay. While we were offered the chance to change rooms, we were more worried about the dog and its well-being,

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were WONDERFUL. The only negative was the maintenance. Two ice machine were broke, the laundry was also broke, our fridge didn’t work and we had issues with the room keys not opening doors. Other than maintenance issues, the room was spotless and very clean. The staff go above and beyond and made us feel welcome. The pool was clean and well maintained
