Your staff, especially Ingred, was exceptionally helpful and cheerful every time I saw them.

I rate it a 1 unfortunately. We contacted Hilton as we were going to be late by one day due to airline delays. They made a note on our reservation indicating that we would be checking into the room the following day. When I got to the hotel I found out that they just canceled our 10 day reservation and that to reinstate my reservation I would be charge a higher current rate - I was shocked - but was able to get the same rate eventually - after complaining humerus times - crazy. Not a good look. Next problem was the door - 2-3 times a day every time we leave the keycard stops working. We are aware that it can deactivate if near a cell phone. We were very conscious of where we were playing the keycards. Next we found out they only created the new reservations for 2 nights instead of 10 nights. I made it very clear that we were checking out the follow Monday not this Monday. Not sure how the front desk made these simple mistakes. We are Hilton honor members and we have stayed at this hotel many times before. I will rethink next time we book whether we will stay here. Very disappointing experience.

The staff was not friendly, my room was never clean, and finally, the advertisement on booking says that breakfast was included, once there they charged $14 the breakfast.....

It was a nice location and nice employees

Check in and check out was fast, room was organized and bathroom was clean but ceilings had mold all over and the room smelled damp. Very pricey hotel for the condition of the hotel. Wifi only avaliable if you become members of their hotel program which is free but really disliked the extra steps. Parking is free no breakfast included.

The location is great,and also the staff is grat. Jose was really helpfull with our event.
