Lovely property and superb hospitality! Everything was perfection. Scott even made restaurant recommendation for a special anniversary dinner. We'll surely visit again!

We loved our overnight stay in this lovely home with its attractive and welcoming downstairs rooms; a comfortable, cozy bedroom and bath, and a delicious home-cooked breakfast the next morning.

Scott was not available at check in, so I called him. The room was not clean: dust and stains on furniture, walls, and shower curtains. The bed linens and towels all smelled like mold. There was only a small amount of soap in the soap dispenser and one roll of toilet paper. This place does not seem kept up or cleaned regularly. It’s as if he does the bare minimum to keep it going. There was a live air wig bug in the coffee pot. I would not stay here again or recommend this BNB to anyone.

Our overnight stay was great! Easy to follow emailed directions for arrival. Beautiful bedroom. Breakfast was yummy! Other guests were very friendly.

Excellent location very close to the museum and good restaurants. Located in a great neighborhood and near the Colonial Parkway for cycling.

Unique about this property? Like staying in a marvelous vintage colonial except it is newer. Host was superb. Everything done well from registration to special breakfast setup. Beverages and snacks always set out. Spacious and quiet. Thank you, Scot for your attention to detail. Would stay here again definitely!

The service was exceptional; Scott is friendly and accommodating. The property is pretty and the rooms clean. The location was good, close enough to walk to Colonial Williamsburg and the College. Recommend you stay here!

The Manor is what we hoped for in Williamsburg. A quiet, colonial home, very well appointed and done with taste and elegance. Yet with the amenities wanted in today's life - think excellent wifi. The breakfast was simple, yet of gourmet quality. Good not have been a better start to your day. Scott, the owner, was a very gracious host and a joy to interact with. MM B&B is our destination for our next visit to the Williamsburg area.
