Loved the old home feel, vintage decorations, and privacy of our room.

This was my first time in a Bed and Breakfast and if they're all like this, it won't be my last! We were e-mailed the door entry codes and very clear directions on how to get to our room. When we entered we were transported back in time. The decor was great and there were cookies, granola bars, tea, coffee and water available (both with ceramic mugs and takeout cups.) The bed was elevated and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. There was a flatscreen tv and air-conditioner for modern touches. There was no staff, but we were given a phone number to call if we needed anything. The breakfasts that were provided were delicious, filling, and individually wrapped and portable if you wanted to take them to go. They were unique (lingonberry stuffed french toast and turkey bacon on one day, and egg and cheese on a ciabbatta bread with banana muffins on the second day) along with oatmeal, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. I wanted to stay another day just to see what the next breakfast would be!

The property was very well-maintained. The owners did everything they could to make you feel welcome and prepared a very nice breakfast. Super convenient to everything around Williamsburg.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly host who visited with you and answer questions about the area etc quite and nice place to stay that was located in a area accessible to many attractions

I chose this property for its "historic" appeal and the vicinity to the local Catholic Church. I was able to attend mass and I was able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Scott was hospitable, enthusiastic, friendly, anxious to meet my needs, and "ahead-of-the-power-curve" with morning coffee and breakfast. Great service! I would recommend this property to friends and family. My hope is to return in the future. Matthew

Our room was so very clean and inviting. Our bed was comfortable too.

Beautifully decorated colonial home conveniently located within walking distance of William and Mary College and historic Williamsburg. Also, just a short car ride from Colonial Williamsburg. The breakfast was quite tasty.

I had a lovely stay at Magnolia Manor. Scott was extreme friendly and made me feel very welcome. The house is very conveniently located near all the main attractions and I could walk to them every day. I appreciated all the home baked snacks available. As others have noted, the rooms are a little tired and could probably use a refresh. Also, I stayed on the second floor and could hear most of my neighbor's conversation through the door, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. Overall a very enjoyable stay in Williamsburg.
