I like the is was close to shops and restaurants

The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like they didn’t even try to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock! My family and I woke up stiff and tired. Plus on top of that there was a gap at the bottom of the room allowing cold air to come in. I had to grab a towel to block the gap

The property itself is a little tired but everything is clean. The staff are pleasant. The towels are nice and soft, something that cannot be said for some hotels that have better facilities. Overall, I expect to come back. Hotel options are limited in October in Great Barrington.
