"The view! It's worth the day just for the view!"

I loved how this hotel is decorated, but I especially adored its location on the water. The breakfast, which is included, comes with a view of the ocean. Really, the place is magical for that reason.

In some ways, it felt a little dated, somewhat similar to its Sister hotel, the grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. If you like the old-school vibe, the cool wallpaper and an incredible view, then this is the place.

"Beautiful room and location, air con please!"

Location was perfect for wandering around Malahide and going to the Malahide Castle summer sessions. Room was lovely too - giant, comfy bed and a hot, powerful shower!

No air con in the room. There was a white standing fan but I felt air con was needed when we got back to the room at 11pm and it had only 20 degrees outside during the day. There also weren’t any windows for us to open to get fresh air. Also, our room was through a door along with 1 other room. Whenever the other room left, that door banged shut at a volume that was loud enough to give us a fright.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location and has excellent views of the sea. The hotel offers a delicious menu however there are numerous restaurants within a 5 in walk. The staff were professional and friendly who went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel is spotless

My only issue was our stay wasn't long enough but we will be back
