Nicely decorated, lovely staff, great location, excellent breakfast buffet

Polyester duvet 🥵. Front small bar closed when came back from concert, only the loud bar open, we would have loved a quiet drink.

The food was excellent as were the serving staff . All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We liked the ambience of the hotel. Easy parking . Greatlocation.

The food menus had not changed since we stayed there a couple of months ago. The Phoenix room was disappointingly small and too warm. Tho the staff did provide a fan. There was little difference in price from this room to the superior double room which we also booked! !!. There wasn't a fridge in the double superior room so our water was rather warm.
