The room was very nice. Excellent shower too! The "included" breakfast was very good - great selection of good food.

There didn't seem to be any air conditioning so we had to have the window open all night to get any fresh air. Note to maintenance staff - the upper latch is broken and appears to have been that way for some time.

"Not 5* but many good features"

The recent refurbishment is very nice. Breakfast staff and service were very professional and efficient.

In an older room which had been updated. Shower floors were creaky and water flow and temperature were hit and miss.

"Mixed thoughts"

Wonderful staff and food. Lovely location too. Foyer, bars etc beautifully decorated.

Room had sea view but overly expensive. Upstairs 3rd floor dated and in need of redecorating
