The Grand Hotel

Fiona at reception was one of the most pleasant efficient welcoming receptionist we have met in a very long time . Every hotel should have someone like her front of house . Well done Fiona, if you greet all your guests like this they will immediately feel welcome.

Beds were not that comfortable, it's a pity.

Nous avons obtenu une chambre plus grande que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Les lits étaient très grands et comfortables, la salle de bain spacieuse. Le personnel a été accueillant et sympathique. Le repas au Coast était excellent, le buffet du petit déjeuner était très correct.

The porter was excellent friendly and helpful The restaurant was very good and accommodating

The room we had booked and Conor had agreed to wasnt the room we got and we had to move rooms which was difficult with two young children and all our stuff from 319 to 156 Car park spaces are tight The reception staff weren’t overly happy or friendly

Location very good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff polite.

Breakfast was average at best. The hot food was overcooked and tired in the buffet.

Konumu cok guzel denize cok yakin toplu ulasima com yakin. Oda ve yataklar temizdi. Sampuan ve el sabunu normal otellere çok kaliteliydi. Kahvalti guzeldi.

21. Yuzyilda odada klima yok. KLIMA YOK. Odada terlik de yok. Ayakkabilarimizi cikardiktan sonra herkesin ayakkabiyla bastigi yere corapla basmak zorunda kaldik ve bu igrenc.
