Hotel Palazzo Murat

Amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, great staff, lovely food, outdoor infinity pool with views to the sea, great restaurant, snack bar and cocktail bar. Beautiful rooms and great views from various parts of the large gardens and rooms. All the staff were fantastic led by Leonardo Bottone (Manager) who was so personable, caring and a great leader of a great team, not to forget Nello who looked after us in the cocktail bar in the evenings !

We loved the rooms, the buildings, the food and the service. The view is spectacular. Everything was worth the money

The breakfast and the buffet could be improved. Food for breakfast was not very delicious, but dinner was very good.

The manager who was very rude, poor at his job, didnt care to inform us there was going to be a wedding on Saturday, didnt inform his team properly as to where we could sit and where not, couldnt even apologize but instead tried to blame us. It was awful. He tried to blame employees too. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Also on Saturday, even at 3:40 am there were drunk people screaming on the otherwise quiet street outside. The employees did not seem happy - now we think could well be because of the management

The location, the staff, the morning breakfast, the baby friendly atmosphere, the bed was very soft

It was a bit cold, although it was spring but the staff brought us a Dyson Heater and sometimes you could smell the old property but in general in the main rooms and reception in smelled very good and was very comfortable

Everything is amazing about this hotel, the magic garden, great restaurant and amazing service. You step away from the very crowded street to find yourself in the tranquil oasis. The General Manager Leonardo personally greets guests and attends to their needs. The food is so good that we ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner there without venturing out to check the local restaurants. Would love to come back next time

What can I say? The Palazxo Murat is not only a haven of peace and tranquility but it is also a place where you feel so warm and welcome. The staff members - from management, reception, waiting staff, the chefs, housekeeping to name but a few are all, without exception, truly professional, welcoming, caring and respectful and they clearly make it their mission in life to ensure you have the most memorable stay at their hotel. My friends and I have been fortunate enough to stay at some amazing hotels all over the world but this little gem of a hotel beats them all. Incredible!
