"Bad Customer Service"

I had a reservation for memorial day weekend (Check in:5/23). I started a conversation with the person at desk about how long had been with the company and if she was from Florida. She responded with no and I don't like Florida nor Georgia. I asked "What is your favorite state? She responded with Alabama. I said great and my wife responded you should get the white politicians to do something about the voting rights. The employee informed us that her grandmother is white. She informed us that was not necessary of what I was said. She said she had to refuse our service and she dialed 911. I have never been asked to leave hotel or refused service in my life time. We left and spent the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton.

"Staff was EXCELLENT! Breakfast was good considering it’s included. No real complaints."

Location for my needs was good. Close to airport, and a shuttle to airport.

It an older hotel and some furniture needs updating. Pillows were too soft and flattens, but we were able to request a couple more that were firmer.
