Hampton inn never disappoints us! Room was very clean. Bathroom was as roomy and updated, very clean. Staff are always so friendly and the breakfast I always hit and fresh.

My only complaint are the mattresses. Much to hard for my personal taste. They really show my age in the morning LOL! Again this is my personal preference and only complaint I have

"Not clean"

The bathroom had dried urine spots on the floor, the toilet seat had something crusty on it, the bed had crumbs in it. There were pieces of chocolate on the side of one bed and Cheerios by the other

Location was preferred

Found bedbugs in the sheets. Reported it to management. They claimed they could do nothing for me and forwarded my complaint to the daytime manager. The daytime manager did not believe my complaint. Claimed they went and checked on their own and witnessed no activity. They were provided pictures and the actual bedbugs on the day in question and said they would forward the complaint and look further into the complaint. Still waiting to hear back from them as to a refund as I did not stay the night.
