Hampton Inn Middletown

The room carpet smelled unpleasant and was so noisy until late that I couldn't sleep while I stayed there

Was pretty clean

Enjoyed the amenities and great location for shops nearby

The elevator was out I requested a refund

The check-in was quick. The location was 5mins from my destination.

I received a double queen room, though I requested a king bed. I did not know til I opened my door, but was too tired to go back down to the desk. The front desk agent was nice enough, but told me absolutely nothing about the type of room I was going into. I also had to clean the door handles and remote with lysol wipes. The bed was clean. There was hair on the soap and shampoo bottles in the shower. The curtains didn't close. There was a toll down blind that left a large gap of light. Due to it being a one night stay for me to go to my grandmother's funeral, I didn't go to complain.

The property was in a great location surrounded by many stores and restaurants!

There no complaints about the property.
