Four Points by Sheraton Mexico City Colonia Roma

Room is spacious and location was perfect. It was weird staying in a hotel room with no windows but they did an amazing job of providing great lighting.

The staff is amazing.

Very good location, easy check in, clean bed and sheets, all ligths worked, clean bathroom, hot showers, great TV programs in English, easy check out. Jaime the doorman was so helpful, so were the ladies at reception.

The elevator. On the second day it did not work, so I had to lug two pieces of luggage down two flights of stairs. However I had to go up and down the stairs three times, because by the time I came for the second luggage that was still in the room, the electronic key didn't work, so I had to go down and had it reactivated, before going up again. Good exercise, but was not planned.

Location is very good with lot of shops and good restaurants nearby Service was great And for the first time I've booked the hotel just a few hours before my arrival and was still great

Fantastic breakfast buffet and amazing staff. The room was new, clean, and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.

I keep booking here because it’s conveniently close to my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately rooms are never ready in time , I always have to claim my points 10 days later since they never credit them . You can forget about your Bonvoy status here, makes no difference whatsoever as they do not recognize it.

Great spot close to restaurants and a churreria. Around the corner from the hotel I found some cute cafes with delicious food. One of them had amazing pozole! The room was modem and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice AC. The gym was great with a nice view. I enjoyed having the restaurant there with a full bar. If we needed anything, like extra towels, they brought them up immediately. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was fine overall. Staff at front desk was great.
