Great, convenient location. Staff was excellent, especially Jorge! SO helpful and kind. Made us feel so safe. Rooms were a good size for 2 people. Walls are thin. We loved our balcony but on the 3rd floor, it was a little close to street level and was pretty loud during rush hour. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend. Hotel restaurant and bar were nice too. Would def stay here again!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The location was fantastic, the staff were really helpful, the beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. We felt really safe walking around the area, even at night (as 2 females). The staff helped us book a private tour to xochimilco that cost the same as an online group tour would've been and it was fantastic.

The shower was a little weak (but was hot). We arrived early in the morning from the airport and were charged for a cup of tea that we actually made ourselves - the staff member then also asked for a tip(!) apart from this one odd interaction, the staff were otherwise fantastic and really helpful.
