Amazing location in Canmore

Beds are uncomfortable, building feels old/somewhat sketchy, phone number AND hotel room phone were called by sales associates which is not wanted when you're on vacation!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, always super friendly, the room was pretty big, had what we needed to make our own quick meals.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, and received an upgrade. Building needs some maintenance, outdoor parking way too tight.

Varied and excellent

Your head office kept switching our hotel from one to the other in your chain of hotels causing stress.

Location was very good with friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like is the kitchen sink wasn't draining well. . We reported it and got fixed 1 day before we end our holiday.

Room was dated and bed was awful! So uncomfortable. The power went out on the second night. I couldn’t call the front desk because they close at 11:00. Called the emergency number to find out it was a planned outage from 11pm-5am. No staff told us this would happen
