I didntbget wgat i registered fir & wasnt notified thatvthetbwere out of thevroom i booked Soni had no choice but tonsettle for wgat I didn't pay for. Also the pool was closed & this wasnt listed upon booking

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I requested an early check in which I understood there was no promise of. So at 9:15 am, I went and checked in. The front desk agent was not very welcoming. She told me she would call when the room was available. We had to check out of the other property we were staying at by noon so at 12:30 pm we decided to go back and see if the room was ready. The door was locked. There was a different person at the desk and it took 10 minutes to be let in. She informed me the other person went to lunch and wasn't sure why the door was locked. Our room was in fact ready and the agent from the morning never texted. We were given a welcome packet that contained the wrong room number which we didn't know at the time So when we went to go to the room, the code didn't work. When we went back to get it corrected the door was locked and no staff to be found. This was the middle of the day. It took 40 minutes, to find out that we were given the wrong room number and a code to a room that wasn't ours. There is more I could type, but wont. I can say that the room was nice for the price, but the price was reflective in the poor service. The lady that did help me was very nice and professional.

We were a little reluctant to book based on the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our 2 bedroom condo / Marina View. It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

This unit was extremely dirty. There was mold on the walls near the vents, green residue splattered on the doors and walls, floors dirty and sticky, breaker broken in the master bedroom, mold in master showers, etc. This unit needs a complete deep clean and touch up!

I had a time of my life, it was my birthday and we had a great time enjoying my day. I told my family that we must come back to enjoy time together. The location was great, shops, restaurants and clubs was walking distance with riverfront view.
