I think the other guests were rude. People were loud at night and could hear loud talking and screaming and inconsiderate parents by the pool

Nunzio was instrumental in kicking off our spring break trip to fabulous start. Traveling with teens in a hotel room can get tight. As Marriot Bonvoy members, I asked for an upgrade, and despite spring break and a busy hotel, he secured a 2 room suite. We all had enough room to have individual space. The room also had a great view. We were so grateful for his help. He is professional and engaging - great customer service!

My colleagues and I were in one of the ball rooms for a business meeting last week. Mistakenly, I left my coat behind. Jack and the security team went above and beyond to locate my coat for me. It was found, and I was very pleased with the service.

My stay at the The Westin Boston Seaport has truly become a highlight of my year. What started as a convenient choice during PAX East has turned into an annual tradition I genuinely look forward to. From the moment I arrive, the staff consistently go above and beyond—they’re warm, professional, and always accommodating, which sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable (easily some of the best hotel sleep I get all year). Dining is another standout. Both MJ O'Connors and Sauciety never disappoint—delicious food, great atmosphere, and consistently excellent service. The location is perfect for convention-goers, offering unmatched convenience while still delivering a full, high-quality hotel experience. Between the comfort, service, dining, and proximity, this hotel continues to exceed expectations. Highly recommend—already looking forward to my next stay.

room size and bathroom size are nice. appreciate the coupons for breakfast. the bar and lobby also have great service. room cleaning was also good. however your tv needed a new remote. buttons were slow/nonfunctional til we requested a replacement. wifi was also very very slow both for laptop and mobile browsing. lastly the toilet got clogged from tissues paper a few times. not sure if that’s a tissue issue or a plumbing issue but this is the first time i’ve seen that happen at a hotel.

The hotel was very accommodating with a last-minute revelation via HotelTonight, really saved my weekend. The breakfast buffet is worth it! Our server MeiMei was helpful, and the cook Anouar’s food was very tasty. The buffet was nicely set by Keyon. It made for a great start to our convention. Thanks again!
