"Exceptional"

room. bed. location. Everything. We were at the conference at the Westin, and loved everything. The greeting at the reception was exceptional. We got an upgrade to a high floor with a view. Conference food was great, and we got coupons for food and drinks too. Had a blast!

The convenience shop was a bit underwhelming. There was a huge snowstorm outside and we could not come out for snacks.

The room was said "city view", but it is totally not. Many things in the room are broken. The lady at the buffet restaurant is always upset and cranky.
