The only good thing was location

Poor storage space in the room. Headboard hadn't been cleaned very well sweat stains on it. Not enough staff to cover for the amount of people at breakfast run out of plates food and bread causing ques

We were able to check in early. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and was replenished regularly, although not a luxury breakfast. The location was excellent for a concert at the arena with the option of train, bus, or Uber.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast

My meal in evening was returned as the chicken was not cooked. Staff gave me replacement On our return later that night the 24 hour bar/cafe was not able to provide a hot drink as the machine was being cleaned. The bar staff told me it would be hours and was told I could make it myself in my room! We wanted as a group to have it downstairs!!
