The staff were exceptional and very attentive, friendly, and personable. The hotel was clean and smelt beautiful! Our room was more than adequate with iron and board, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities, and lush-smelling toiletries. Breakfast was great and well stocked for all but I'd have liked hot chocolate as a hot drink choice but can't score down for that really! Car parking was aplenty and EV points nearby.

I can't even think of one thing! It was a great stay!

Breakfast- I would have liked another egg option only scrambled available. Bed could have been more comfortable, springs could be felt through the mattress.

Modern and well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, with a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options.

As is often the case in hotels outside Italy, I missed having a bidet in the bathroom. I would also have appreciated the availability of a toilet brush.

The room was very clean, comfortable and tidy. We were offered a fan for the room which we accepted as it was hot weather. Staff were helpful, friendly but professional. Breakfast was a good selection of everything we could have needed. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

I'm not sure there was anything we didn't like
