Hotel itself is beautiful, clean, great location. All the staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. We used the floatation therapy in the spa and would highly recommend anybody staying here to check it out. Food was amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, couldn’t fault the place would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly and the hotel is very clean

There was an adjoining door into a another room in our suite. There was altitude of noise coming from the room next door until 2;30 am so we didn’t get a great sleep

"Accommodation excellent bar food fell short of expectations"

Everything about our stay was very good apart from the bar food several meals served cold. Ordered tea with sandwich to come at same time failed to happen and had to go up to bar and reminded staff several times regarding the tea. Same thing happened at evening meal roast had to be sent back to be reheated and desert and custard stone cold had to be returned to be heated. Manager was v. helpful when brought to his attention And gave us a reduction. In view of it happening twice would have to consider eating elsewhere if we stayed again.
