The room was nice and clean spacious and well layed out

We had booked the hotel because of rhe pool, to be told the pool was off limits/ closed for the time we were there, and it was implied that this was thebcase for some time. We were told the breakfast was a la cart which it wasnt. When i raised the issues no solution was offered. Overall the reason for booking this hotel to relax and have a pool to cool down in while we were in madrid was not there and rhe customer service of the staff was completly underwhelming. This may all seem a little petty but the pool wad the principal reason for choosing this hotel. Another would have been chosen if we had known there was no pool access.

Me gustó la flexibilidad para quedarme un poco más en l habitación y me dejaron utilizar una sala para teletrabajar y quedarme allí una vez ya terminada mi estancia

El aire acondicionado le faltaba potencia , pasamos un poco de calor pero la realidad es que estaba haciendo muchísimo calor en Madrid
