The hotel is difficult to find, but worth the effort. There is a 9 hole golf course there, which was very fun to play.

The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. Free parking

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful gardens. Clean & traditional but with enough modern too! Great breakfast and very friendly towards our dog who was travelling with us!

Sehr gepflegte Hotel Anlage. Sehr schönes Zimmer, Badewanne (ohne Duschvorhang) etwas schmal, etwas kleiner 24" Fernseher. Für den Sommer würden sich sicherlich Fliegengitter empfehlen. Traumhaftes Frühstück Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

sehr sauber und in den öffentlichen Räumen geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Farb- und Matrialzusammensetzung im bewohnten Zimmer eher gewühnungsbedürftig und für meinen Geschmack nicht stimmig mit dem Rest. WLAN hat leider im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

Der Gast erfährt keine Aufmerksamkeit. Im Service offensichtlich nur Auszubildende oder unerfahrene Leute. Kein Lächeln keine Freundlichkeit. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant steht absolut in keinem Verhältnis. So ein" 4-Sterne" Hotel habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar. Täglich immer die gleichen 3 Sorten Käse und Wurst.

Vi havde 6 dage på dette skønne hotel med dejlig have og plads til afslapning. Ligger på bjerget i naturskønt område. Meget flot område mellem Lugano og Como søerne med masser af udkigsposter. Forvent flot bjergkørsel med mange sving gennem hyggelige byer på bjergsiderne.

I couldn't fault the hotel. The staff were super great, the rooms were spacious and clean. The view was amazing and the breakfast was really good. My overall experience was great. However, the location is not good if you are a regular tourist, especially if you are coming from the Swiss side (Lugano). The hotel is located on top of a crazy mountain, really bad road, one of the the worst I have ever seen in Europe yet. Moreover, if you go up, there isn't much around but your hotel, you'd need to go all the way down to see places like COMO and Lugano and the road is really not good.
