Location was good for us

The room had dirty furniture and burns in the carpet. I requested smoke free room and the room smelled of stale cigarettes when you opened the door. The refrigerator hummed all night. There was no screen in the windows for fresh air. The TV didn't work which I sent a message to the front desk immediately after going into the room. No one ever came to check it out luckily we were able to fix it ourselves. Didn't get much rest between the smell, the refrigerator and the noisy a/c in the next room.

We reserved a 1 night stay and waited a very long time in the lobby for a room key. When the Room Key was given to us, the Room (Room 312) had an occupant or guest already staying in the room when we opened the door. This was a very unsafe situation and could have lead to the occupant hurting one of us or even calling the police. The lobby of the hotel was very unclean and not sanitized in any way especially to feed guests breakfast. I requested a refund and was denied. I was never offerred another room and even if I had, would not trust that the new room would be safe.

Working out of town they made it so easy to check in

There wasn’t any temperature control. The room wreaked of smoke with several smokers spots on the blanket. The water in the shower had a regular flow behind the shower and the faucet. There was no coffee. The microwave was dirty inside. The breakfast was lacking, no bagels, little milk, little coffee. The hotel was a bit of a mess. In its defense it did have a flood, but I think that is a reason to stop people from coming in myself.

Its nice

Good value for the money and staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Common areas not vacuumed; bedspread had holes in it.
