Beautiful location, quiet, very private, although I did not expect to see children in the restaurant at an adult only resort. Outside customers allowed at dinner,,, and it is unfortunate some parents don't teach your their how to behave in public.

We looked the restaurant , Carambola, up on google and went to get breakfast, assuming it was a welcoming place, but awaited us was one of the worst experience ever. As we were heading to a table, the hotel manager came and told us to give a credit card to hold before we ordered, something unheard of. She later came to our table and told us not to wander to the garden and the shoreline citing that area was only for staying guests. All these conversation was taking place in front of our confused kids (9 & 10). Since we already ordered and the kids were hungry, we decided to stay on and leave after we had the meals. This is probably one of our worst experience anywhere in Puerto Rico.

Incredible view from the copper ionized infinity pool. Beautiful wild horses roam the property but don’t harass the guests. Viewing the stars and seeing the milky way from the hotel chairs at the edge of the property is a must. Hospitality was superb. I will return.

This adults-only property is quiet, private, beautifully kept and well staffed. Lovely rooms with all the amenities and even the ac in the rooms works well. Every single person I have enocuntered on the staff has gone above in some way from my check-in, dining, housekeeping, and checkout. I can hear the ocean from inside my room and any of the common places on the property. I can't wait to return. Thank you!

The resort is beautiful. The infinity pool and beachfront are gorgeous! We loved being able to walk on the beach and swim in the pool 24 hours a day! We were only there for 1 night and would like to come back in the future. Lilliam, our host/receptionist, is truly a gem at this resort! She was friendly, helpful, and allowed us to use the amenities before check-in and that made all the difference for us since we did not have our own transportation. Flexibility was much appreciated. She also helped us get transportation at check-out when our other drivers fell through. Thank you so much Lilliam! Restaurant, bar, and staff were not what we expected and need to be improved to provide an exceptional FULL-resort quality experience. More servers, faster service, higher quality food needed to make this resort experience better! Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Some much needed renovations could make it even better.

my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. During my stay, I observed that one of your female staff members was peering into our room from outside. This invasive behavior was not only unsettling but also made us feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private space. Furthermore, I found her attitude towards my service dog to be rude and disrespectful. It is crucial for hotel staff to understand that service animals are an essential support for many guests, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. She was at the front desk and being rude and helpless on anything I urge you to investigate this matter and provide the necessary training to your staff, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay without feeling unwelcome or disrespected.
