The perfect spot for a relaxing Muskoka getaway

• Cadre naturel exceptionnel : calme, vue imprenable sur le lac Muskoka. • Accès libre à des activités nautiques bien entretenues : kayak, canoë, paddle. • Plage privée (malheureusement partiellement indisponible lors du séjour). • Serveuses attentives et agréables (Sarah, Naima). • General Manager attentif et à l’écoute.

• Rapport qualité-prix faible : prix largement justifié par la localisation, non par le confort ou la qualité des infrastructures. • Chambres vieillissantes : moquette, salle de bain datée avec cabine plastique et joints usés, radiateurs et climatisation obsolètes et bruyants (obligeant à l’éteindre la nuit). • Mauvaise odeur persistante dans le couloir menant à la chambre. • Literie non conforme à l’annonce : petits lits doubles (120 cm) au lieu de queen size. • Superficie indiquée erronée (confusion m² / sqft), donnant l’impression d’un cottage alors que ce n’était pas le cas. • Absence de stores occultants. • Travaux sur la plage pendant trois jours sur cinq, sans information préalable, réduisant fortement l’intérêt du séjour. • Room service absent le premier jour, nécessitant un rappel. • Accueil à la réception peu à l’écoute, contrastant avec le personnel du restaurant et le GM.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful lake to swim in, very comfortable rooms with fridges. Staff very approachable and pleasant. Handy having restaurants on site.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed everything: the beach (kayaks, paddle boards), the restaurant on site is very good. Will come back again
