Comfort Inn Real La Union

The place is beautiful. The only thing was the pool was not available at the time of my stay

We really like the location, what we didn’t like was that they are under construction so couldn’t use the pool or the fitness room and the rate was the same.

Beautiful, comfortable, amazing views and food! Great service and very clean with lovely details.

Staff members is excelent. From the moment you come in you feel you are welcome.

Hallways have no ac.

The breakfast buffet was great. The manager of the restaurant, Don Manuel was extremely gracious, respectful, friendly, and helpful. The dining room server, Daisy, was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. The security officers were very professional and respectful. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was comfortable.

After cleaning the room one day, the towels were not replaced. I had to go get them. The toilet tissue was gone. I had to go get a replacement. There was no hot water in the shower. A used plate of food was left on the hallway floor and a couple hours later, there were hundreds of ants all over the plates and along the hallway. The grass in the front of the building had not been cut recently and the hedge along the pool area had not been trimmed recently.
