Location is great. Room was perfectly fine. Nothing to really complain about. I'd stay there again.

Bed was hard, chair was too weird to attempt to sit in it. The TV didn't have access to any streaming services, and there isn't anything on free to air anymore.

Clean room other than the fridge not working

Fridge in room stopped working, they said it had been fixed. I had perishable food in it (meat lasagne, frozen berries etc). When I asked for some reimbursement, staff response was rude, insinuated that I was lying - said the looked in the fridge and I didn't have food in there. Asked for proof. I don't go around taking photos of the food I put in a hotel fridge! I had gone to the effort of cleaning all the frozen berry juice out of the fridge/freezer compartment - wish I hadn't!
