"Emplacement idéal."

Excellent emplacement proche de la cathédrale et une chambre confortable. Tout est faisable à pied. La climatisation est agréable et peu bruyante. le personnel est très gentil.

Pas grand-chose, il manque peut-être des gobelets à proximité de La Fontaine d’eau à l’étage.

Best location and decent experience overall.

The lack of AC in the summer was the biggest shortcoming for me. The bed was not comfortable, gave me backpain.

Location.

Poor welcome on arrival. Breakfast was underwhelming. Booked a double room with breakfast as we are a couple and paid in full on arrival as a couple but the hotel advised at the end of the stay that the double room rate only includes one breakfast and one city tax per person. This caused a significant surprise at check out which could have been avoided on arrival had the details of the booking been confirmed when they welcomed us as a couple and gave two keys etc. We paid in full for all the charges they levied but there should be no surprises at the end when you get the final bill.
