Sehr zentral gelegen. Außerordentlich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe gebucht welches aber leider mit Blick auf eine schmale Gasse gelegen war. Auf Nachfrage auf ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Boulevard wurde uns ohne Probleme auch eines zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren als Gäste bei der DTM eingeladen und können über das Frühstück leider keine Bewertung hinterlassen da wir in Zandvoort komplett versorgt wurden. Die Lage muss ich natürlich noch gesondert erwähnen da diese absolut genial ist. Man ist mitten in der City und das Nachtleben in Haarlem sucht seinesgleichen. Absolut TOP

Von unserer Seite gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Very well located, staff was very friendly.

While the hotel was clean, the property itself was quite dated, plus the rooms got quite warm; climate control wasn’t great.

Nice hotel but had some problems with the room that could have been avoided if it had been properly prepared for guests. Staff seemed indifferent about fixing the issue.

locatie was echt top. vriendelijkheid personeel. Goed bed.

ontbijt buffet vond ik tegen vallen. Was basic, niet perse 4 sterren waard. we misten bijvoorbeeld een verse fruitsalade voor door de yoghurt. En kom je laat ontbijten dan was broodbeleg zo goed als op. De badkamer douche viel erg tegen, een plastic gordijntje wat tegen je aan wappert is niet passend bij een 4 sterren hotel. daarnaast kleine douchekop en de douche werd ook steeds warm/koud.
