Located really close to seafront

The whole place is very run down. Split rubbish bags outside all weekend. Weeds growing around the outside of the building. Just generally untidy.

"IT IS WHAT IT IS"

Look, it is what it is. You’re paying next to nothing for a room, so you’ve got to be realistic. Is there a bar? No. Is there food? No. But are you about two seconds from the seafront, where there’s food and drink on pretty much every corner? Absolutely. The guy on the desk was an absolute saint. Has the hotel been updated since the 90s? Probably not. But who doesn’t love a bit of 90s décor? Retro, right?

"Excellent"

The room was massive. Lovely comfortable bed, best sleep had in a while. Bath was amazing. Had a balcony and sofa to sit on. Tea and coffee provided. Good bargain for the price. Staff carried all bags for us.

Looks off putting from the front. Tired building that could.do with a paint of coat.
