Saint John Hotel Villas & Spa

Hotel offers free shuttle that is not clearly advertised on their website. We had purchased private transportation from airport to hotel day of our arrival for $50. The private transport never showed up. We were told initially that we could not have a refund or meal voucher instead and we could use it for another private transport somewhere else on the island. Well, we never required another transport during out stay and so the afternoon we were leaving we were told we could use it towards a drinks and meal service while we await shuttle to the airport! Went to use voucher at one of hotel's restaurants and was told we couldn't use it for drinks! Very upsetting. Also, put our luggage in luggage room while awaiting shuttle and our bags were gone through - when I arrived in Athens, I discovered my jewelry had been stolen. Joanna, one of the concierge, is absolutely terrible!! DO NOT utilize her

Everything about this property was perfect eventhough i didn't get the room upgrade due to high season and it was fully booked eventhough they gave me a nicer room better than the ome i reserved. In all it was a perfect stay.

Great location, good design, spectacular sunset view.

They were very busy and did not share where there was breakfast and the property is huge

The elevators need air conditioning badly.

We booked the Mediterranean Sea view room, which was a great room with a very nice balcony overlooking the water. The weird thing about the room is that there’s an extra balcony attached with nothing in it, it looks like there was suppose to be a jacuzzi maybe, but they didn’t even bother putting furniture there to at least the space which was pretty big. When we first arrived at the hotel around 1800 dropped off our luggage to the room and went down to check out the pool abs beach we were stunned to find out that the pool bar was closed at 2000 and the beach bar at 1900, the bartend was nice enough to give us a last call drink, but we were starving and they weren’t serving food because I guess there restaurant was going to open in a hour or so. However we could not wait, I thought it was really inconvenient given the hotel. Overall the stay was just okay, I would not stay there again after seeing such amazing other properties. The hotel next door had like a live band playing outside that we were dying to join because it looked lively. I also feel like having a good room in Mykonos is vital, especially for the days when you just want to relax yet have something to do in the room.

Staff in this hotel is great, everyone is nice and trying to help make you comfortable especially Kostas and the girls on the pool and Konstantinos the shuttle bus driver, he was amazing, kind and very genuine Kostas and Konstantinos attitude is just great, the management should take note of their efforts and make sure they stay with the hotel

The breakfast was amazing!!
