Place was fantastic! Private beach, great view from the pool.. friendly staff, great service.

This was one of the best resorts that we have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful hotel, with the friendliest staff and amazing beach area. Food was fantastic. Rooms were clean, well stocked and great views looking over the water and adjacent islands. This resort was the best part of our 5 city tour in Greece and Italy. We would not hesitate in booking this hotel for future vacations.

Beautiful property on the beach but the rooms are old, tired and grubby, service is slow and servers are inattentive. A/C in rooms was old and only partially chilled the room, ‘jacuzzi’ shower was a trickle, gym and spa not well maintained. No vegan menu options. 1 x 330bottle of water every other day, then €9 a bottle after that. Download iMove taxi app, the concierge taxis are expensive and cash only.

I want to make it clear that I reviewed the restaurant separately. The restaurant and anything that has to do with an eatery there, is absolutely amazing. The restaurant GM, Sakis R, has everything under control. As per the resort itself, it is huge. Therefore, you do not get nice and personalized attention from the staff. They switched management apparently, and everybody is very new. Nobody really knows what they are doing besides two workers, and the restaurants. I have never stayed at a five-star resort that smells like sewer so bad I cannot even get ready in my own bathroom. It comes up through the drain on the bathroom floor, and they would not switch rooms or offer any sort of compensation. The property is beautiful but the smell was so bad in the bathroom that we had to put a rag over the drain on the floor and shut the door and then hold our breath and run in when we had to brush our teeth or use the bathroom. I have been to 70 countries and some of them Third World and definitely a lot that were not five-star and I was not expecting to smell strong sewer my whole stay. I have never experienced such a thing without anybody fixing it, and I definitely was not expecting it from a five-star resort. To the owner woman, you should visit the property and see what’s up with the new management. Again everything having to do with food restaurants, the Buffet,catering, events, those were all amazing and so are the people. That’s the only reason I would return.

The property was beautiful and everything we could have asked for on our honeymoon. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing and Hands down the best drinks we had on our trip.

Beautiful pool and view of the sea. Infinity pool, and a smaller pool with jets that look like it used to be a hot tub at one time but the water is cold. Spa service with a massage was wonderful especially the heated sauna and steam room for free afterward. Breakfast buffet was unbelievably good. I had one lunch and one dinner there and the food was just OK, small portions, and very expensive. Would not recommend eating there. You have to use transportation to go into the city. We used the free shuttle for the hotel at certain times, but also took , the city bus which is very economical. Just a walk across the street. Very unhappy with the cold breakfast that was given since we had to leave to catch our plane. Ham and cheese sandwich, an apple and a bottle of water which we had to throw away once we got to the airport. I gave them a list of things that I can eat since I cannot eat bread or sugar. They gave me two apples. I stayed on another island at a much less expensive hotel, and not nearly as nice, and got a huge cold breakfast with sliced Keewee, and oranges, danishes, Ham slices, cheese slices, and baklava. I would stay there again, but I would make sure that I was given more. Especially since they gave us our breakfast in an expensive cardboard tote that looks like a lunchbox.
