The location to my event and the cost value of fhe rooms, also the size of the rooms

I stayed 2 nights both nights around midnight and after me and my daughter were woken up by very loud guests, slamming doors stomping around and talking/yelling loudly Second night had to call front desk 3 different times to complain about the noise so we could get to sleep

Late response from owner/manager? Problem with booking. Extra bed available” but was not given access to to this. Front desk staff seemed stressed out. Curtain falling down - tv screen filthy- toilet was clean but side of tub was not…
