ok breakfast would have rather had clean room

not clean, food left in mini fridge,outlets and usb outlets broken, no light bulbs in lamps,no towels or maid senvice 2nd day will not be back

The room was spotless. Reception was fast and friendly. Breakfast was good- the eggs were fluffy and cooked just right! Will book this hotel again as our next extended family lives close by.

Shower could use grab bars.

It took us a long time to check in because the person ahead of me was having trouble because the desk clerk was telling him his card was declined, but he had actually already paid and it was a good 2025 minutes till they settled on that. Then when it was my turn, he also proceeded to tell me that my credit card was declined and I hadn’t even paid yet. when we got up for breakfast, the second day we didn’t come down until 830 and they had the waffle machine put away. The eggs were only not even half full. The orange juice was just enough for us to have one glass. there were only a couple of pieces of stale bread. That same day on our way out to go do some things we asked for clean towels and washcloths and the desk clerk proceeded to tell me that I should’ve brought down the dirty towels, and I would’ve been able to take up some clean towels myself. That is not my job. I told him to have housekeeping take it up and he told me I should’ve called before 9 o’clock last night to have them bring it. I was not happy. We probably won’t stay at that facility again.
