Really nice hotel that was perfect for our last night in Ireland. Proximity to the airport was close but without that airport hotel feel. Walkable to the local mall with shops and groceries, nice staff, good restaurant.

No cleaner came to room 2nd day. Bed didn’t particularly need changed but things like replacement towels, water, coffee replenishment etc would have been good.

"Not a four-star hotel but a three star maybe"

This hotel has been rated a four star hotel but I would only give it a three star and that’s being generous. It has no safes in the room, no refrigerators in the room. The carpets in the hallways are quite worn and so is the hallway furniture. Our first room had mold in the bathroom shower. After bringing this to the assistance manager‘s attention they switched us to a junior suite. This room was a large room newer carpet, but again no safe and they put a noisy little refrigerator in our room. The bathroom sink was just a very small sink and if you turned on the water with too much pressure your whole shirt would be wet because there was too much pressure in the faucet for this little sink and it would spray all over the place. Also, the showers did not have a handheld shower. The staff here were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good.
