Lovely staff on check in, clean room and comfortable bed.

Staff very helpful and welcoming, rooms nice and very clean , would be nice to have patio , terrace or balcony with couple of chairs on the ground floor rooms , lovely bar and restaurant, drinks and food was very good but a small Limited menu for food ! With it being such a big hotel the food menu for dinner was not a lot to choose & very basic ! Staff very friendly

We were staying pre-flight so were mostly focused on our upcoming holiday, but this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The family room was enormous with comfortable beds so we had a lovely sleep. The staff were all friendly and welcoming but top marks go to their pro-active attitude towards food allergies. One of my kids has anaphylaxis to milk and eggs so I'd emailed asking if they could accommodate him in the restaurant. A few days before we travelled someone rang me to ask what he liked to eat and might want from the menu. They made sure he was flagged to the kitchen when we arrived at the restaurant and he ended up having an enormous portion of delicious thai red curry. We've stayed at well known 'family friendly' hotels where he was told he could only safely have a bowl of plain rice so this kind of personalised care was deeply appreciated and removed a lot of the stress about eating out. Our food was absolutely gorgeous as well and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Thanks to the staff and the chef for being great, we'll be back next year!

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and spacious. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was very good.

Close to airport

Booked the junior suite and got what was basically a bigger room with an extra armchair. The bathroom was terrible, small, basic no counter space and dirty, rust on the shower head, peeling paint on door and wall. The room itself was dirty, cobwebs everywhere especially the windows, Windows not double glazed and no air conditioning. This is a basic 3 star hotel charging 5 star prices. Very disappointed. Was going to give feedback on check out but the lady at the desk didn’t even lookup when we came to the desk. “ ok, goodbye” was all that she said. Good breakfast was the only saving grace. Very poor hotel.

Perfect place to stay for our last night in Ireland. Very convenient to Shannon, fuel stop next store to gas up the rental, and a restaurant on site (pizza also across the street). Room was comfortable and quiet. Very satisfied.
