Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites

The location was great

My room was filthy and I had to clean it myself. The dishwasher didn't work and the one shower head was broke. The furniture such was so filthy we were afraid to sit on it. The managers and front desk did not care about any of it.

It was in a great area and the beach was very nice

There were stains on the furniture, cabinets were broken, light switches were broken. For the amount of money it costs to stay there and also the resort fees that get added on when you get there which I wasn’t aware of, you’d think nothing would be broke or stained. Also had to ask for trash bags, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner. There was no extra trash bags or paper towels, those should definitely be available with out having to walk to the desk to get them. That was ridiculous considering they are tiny trash cans

I loved the location, the room was spacious and the kitchen had the basics to prepare meals for the family. The front desk employee was nice.

The TV stand in the room and living room was very dusty like it haven't been cleaned in a long time. The tub in the master bedroom was clogged and maintenance had to send a guy to unclog it. But other than that everything else was working well.

Great location, great pool and bar.

My unit was disgusting. Broken furniture, dirty floors, crumbling door frames, bodily fluids on sofa and armchair, thick dust on walls and curtains. My friend’s child had a cockroach in his shoe…and found out when he put his foot in! Someone came to clean my floor with ‘a dry mop and spray bottle.’ The units are individually owned and the person who owned my beachfront one couldn’t care less… although he loves his boat as the photo of it looks pristine on the coffee table! Maybe he should take care of his apartment too. Promised a refund of 1 night and resort fee by Jules and did not want to leave the US without it….guess what, still waiting on the refund and no response! Same old ‘takes up to 14 days to come through.’ My friends was processed in 1 day, 2 weeks later I still haven’t had mine. I’m so disappointed Sunset Vistas, I came back to you after a lovely time last year, treated us to Gulf facing this time and you’ve really let me down. I brought 4 families with me too, you’ve had thousands of $ business off me.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach, quiet and family friendly at the same time. Having a designated parking spot was great too. The box of toys for the beach and pool where guests could leave items for other guests was a huge bonus for us!

We had no issues during our stay!
