everything was wonderful, staff was amazing

Location layout & that it was a 2 bedroom suite

Had very little interaction with staff, & I suppose having the room cleaned is a thing of the past… Drink prices outrageous! Only used pool bar Saturday & restaurant closed at 4 on Saturday coz they had a wedding & didn’t appear to be open Saturday night. Could not receive a bill this morning when we were checking out because we did third-party… through you, Booking.com…

rooms were dated contact paper on cabinets pealing, dumpster next to elevator shaft always smelling up whole area. hotel cafe was dirty, food was marginal, they build in bill 20% very predatory. could not us hot water kettle , unknown film on bottom .furniture was old and dirty. Beach location was only redeeming feature, Area was crazy busy. completely distasteful

Second year staying here, really like the condo and amenities but cleaning is very poor. Same issue last year needs a deep cleaning every now and then and more than just a swipe between guests. Besides that look location and beach

The property is in a perfect location.!

The sheets and pillows were stained with what appeared to be mold. Beds were uncomfortable as well.

To the Management of Sunset Vistas, This correspondence serves as a formal complaint regarding the wholly unacceptable conditions encountered during my recent stay at your establishment, specifically in room 207W, from May 22, 2026, through May 26, 2026.. This email addresses a multitude of severe deficiencies that rendered the accommodation uninhabitable and unsafe, despite prior assurances of relocation. Upon check-in, we were informed that room 207W was not ready but would be ready soon.  We later moved into our room and went out to the beach  before returning back to our room and finding all of the problems. I addressed this with the staff and was assured it would all be fixed and if not a move to another room would be facilitated. This promise remained unfulfilled throughout our stay, forcing us to endure an array of critical functional and safety failures. The in-room appliances, fundamental to a comfortable stay, were largely inoperative. The dishwasher was completely non-functional, as was the washing machine, creating significant inconvenience.  When we  opened the cabinets imagine my surprise finding and silverware with food on them. This told me there was no quality control before handling the unit over to us. Someone needs to be accountable for this. It was clear no inspection had been done because in the words of an employee who came and looked said “she would not let her mom check into this unit after seeing it”. Furthermore, a concerning incident occurred when attempting to address a non-working light panel above the microwave. A maintenance technician was dispatched but arrived without the necessary tools. In a highly unsanitary and unprofessional act, he resorted to using a knife from the unit's butcher block to pry open the light panel, subsequently returning the uncleaned utensil to the block. This not only failed to resolve the issue but also presented a clear health and safety hazard.

Loved this place. Great location. Beautiful beach. Nice condo.
