"One to avoid"

Hotel and rooms need major updating. It's definitely no more than a 2 star facility. Will not stay there again, feel the price is very high compared to value.

"We'll visit again!"

10.0

We only had an evening at Sky City, but have recommended it to several family members in just the past two days! The decor was engaging--the historical photos were incredibly beautiful and inspiring. The wall mural and old maps were fascinating. Our meal at the restaurant was very good and prices were reasonable. The patio was lovely and relaxing. But the most impressive element was the friendliness of the staff- from check in to restuarant host, server and even security staff-- everyone was professionally courteous.

A little customer service training for the employees would help.

"Satisfied Texan"

8.0

Stay at the hotel was adequate. It was a bit understaffed when it came to the hotel side. Casino side was enjoyable. Cleanliness of the room was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. Only think I didn't like was the fact that they charged me a security deposit for each day we were there, but an overall great stay.

"Not happy"

2.0

Was. Wet disappointed. Paid for a room with balcony, whirlpool, kitchenette and was put in a room that would have cost me 59$ less with no balcony. Coffee pot and coffee sucked air conditioner was horrible you can hear through hallways parking was horrible. And they make you sign s waiver stating you won't bring alcohol in premises and there are sign everywhere no alcohol in premises but when I went for dinner they offered beer and wine. Go a few miles up and you can stay at casino 66 much bigger and serves alcohol. Casino is very small. Not with money and will never Go back.

"Good hotel if you want to stay close to Acoma Sky "

6.0

This is a good hotel if you are traveling through and want to stay overnight close to Acoma Sky City. Since Acoma Sky City is sort of remote and has narrow visiting hours, staying here on your trip through enables you to be there in only 25 minutes. The hotel is a Casino hotel (I didn't use the casino section). There is nothing around, since it is next to a highway. For dinner, you will be restricted to the hotel restaurant, which serves excellent Texmex and Indian food, though. The only other alternative for food is a McDonalds due to the remote location. The rooms have older furniture, but are comfy. The hotel generally was clean. The check-in was extremely slow - they couldn't find the reservation from Expedia and searched around for 30 minutes without communication with us at all.

"Great stopping point but average hotel."

6.0

Room was not as clean as I prefer. Bathroom lighting was very poor. Pillows were awful and on Saturday night it was noisy. No TV guide in this room. No HD TV. Overall for the price this room was just average.
