Sky City Casino Hotel

We were travelling through, the weather was not great, and we decided to stop at this hotel/casino. The check in took quite a while, and then they could not find the reservation. It probably took about 30 minutes to check in. The hotel was older and not as nice for the price as one would expect. We did enjoy the buffet at their restaurant.

We Arrived to find the hotel had given our reservations away. They insisted it was poor communication with Tracelocity.

The service desk accommodated us very nicely. I asked for a room close to the elevators due to my physical handicaps.

I made reservations online the day before. We arrived after 6:00pm. They were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good. The beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was free. I will definitely stay there again the next time we pass through. If you sign up for the players card when you get there you'll get discounts in the future on reservations.

Hospitality need definate improvement! Not very welcoming in some areas of casino. Hotel staff was very helpful!

One night stay on the way to Arizona from Colorado. Have stayed there several times as it is a good halfway point in the trip.

I stayed with my 3 children we moved the TV to plug the fridge in and found a little baggie with a white substance in it. I immediately reported it and I was asked if I was doing drugs. I was also triple charged for my coffee never received a refund or my 50.00 deposit. Unless 10 days hasn't come around from 3 months ago!!!

The mattress comfort was unacceptable. An upgrade to mattresses would benefit this hotel. Also the food was not the best.

The hotel check in staff were unhappy that I had booked through Expedia. They refused to print my receipt stating that I could get it from Expedia. They were offering other guests comps on the rooms and free breakfast but refused to offer the same deals because I booked through Expedia. All in all it was a very frustrating experience. The casino staff was freindly.

Our stay was very good, Food very good and fun in casino was fun. Hotel and rooms very clean,amenities good,good service. Recumbent Hotel. Will stay there again. Easy to get in and out of hotel, right by Interstate 40.
