Beds and pillows uncomfortable Didn't have our reservations when we arrived

The room was tiny. The pillows were old uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, however. I would probably stay there again, but would definitely bring my own pillow and blanket.

Check-in was unfortunately slow due to difficulties in receiving my 3rd party confirmation which I didn't quite understand. 30 minutes plus with minimal number of folks checking in seemed excessive. Room was clean and comfortable, but not quite up to what I would expect for the rate paid so overall value was very average. Overall, not the best choice of a place to stay in the area unless you are in love with the casino...

The hotel in principle is not bad, it is just not well managed. The pool was full of locals who somehow managed to get in despite a policy prohibiting non guests from using it. They swim with their clothes on, take over your lounge chairs, and yell at you until you feel uncomfortable and leave. I'm not sure why management would allow these people to harass paying customers but there was no manager to speak to and therefore no clarification.

Entire staff was considerate and helpful with all questions

Room noisy but children in next room finally settled down. Pillows were the worst. Room was clean, smoke from the casino did not filter into the hotel area, staff friendly. Went to McDonalds across the way for breakfast, restaurants do not open very early for travelers.

The room was poorly vacuumed. Stuff on the floor. There was only one coffee packet for 2 people. The buffet breakfast was barley passable. But the staff was really nice. And the beds are rather good.

Even though it was listed as non smoking, I could still smell the smoke, faintly in the room
