The staff were friendly and helpful, it was a short drive from the Malpensa airport and they provided a punctual shuttle service which was excellent. The rooms were clean and a good size.

Not many food options close by but they do allow food delivery.

The price point was what got me and the fact that it didn’t LOOK that far away from the airport. (I was wrong about that) the grounds are nice and the room was clean. While it wasn’t my best idea it was quiet.

The property is not walking distance from the airport. If you’re American the doors are INCREDIBLY hard to get into. They don’t have twisting knobs and no matter how hard I tried to get the lock to unlock so the door would open it just wouldn’t. I asked the hotel staff if they could come help me and he told me no. I had to proceed to ask another guest to help me. The shuttle they offer to the airport is $15 euros and a taxi is anywhere from $20 euros to $35. The jets in the shower didn’t work. They also don’t post instructions for how to get the air to work. I chose this place as our starting point for my daughter’s graduation trip and trying to keep within a budget but after adding in the taxi fairs I would’ve been better off to stay at the hotel on sight of the airport.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione della struttura e la praticità stessa della camera. Ottimo soluzione! Davvero molto confortevole e sicuramente ci torneremo in altre occasioni. Simpatica l'idea della porta scorrevole nel bagno. Ottima pulizia e servizi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione inclusa nonostante ce lo abbiano consigliamo più volte dalla reception :)

Lo specchio del bagno non funzionava correttamente con il led incorporato (ma nulla di che..)

Comodo all'aeroporto e facile il parcheggio
