On my way back to the Malpensa Airport the motel offered a shuttle service though, and that worked well.

The place is a motel for couples. Impossible to get there with public transportation from Malpensa airport. Only taxi is possible, and the taxi drivers charge extortionate prices.

The place is beautiful and well-kept, 6 minutes from the airport, you park your car right in front of the room door, which is very convenient for packing before a flight. The breakfast is okay. The staff was good and efficient.

The shower was very complicated to operate and the strangest thing was that there was no body soap or shampoo. Instead, there were 2 small bags with material that wasn't even enough for washing. In the breakfast no eggs and no vegetables.

O staff acolheu bem os nossos pedidos, nomeadamente a possibilidade de deixar a nossa viatura nas instalações do Motel durante a nossa volta pelos lagos e pela Suíça (naturalmente tendo como contrapartida um pagamento moderado)

Os apartamentos poderiam estar um pouco melhor equipados e melhor decorados

O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, o atendimento do recepcionista homem de manhã foi muito bom.

Não é um hotel é um Motel! A recepcionista Mulher da noite, me atendeu grosseiramente. Queria que eu deixasse meu passaporte com ela para fazer o registro no outro dia de manhã. Neguei obviamente! eu jamais vou deixar meu documento na recepção de um Motel!
