Stanza un po' rumorosa

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I had booked and prepaid for a transfer from the hotel to the airport at 04:30, arranging it 24 hours in advance. I even reconfirmed it 6 hours beforehand to make sure everything was scheduled properly. At 04:24, the reception called my room and told me the transfer had arrived and would not wait. I rushed downstairs and arrived at 04:31, only to find that the driver had already taken someone else during my reserved time. The receptionist told me the driver would be back in 7 minutes. Instead, he returned after 20 minutes and refused to take us, choosing to pick up other guests whom he had waited 10 minutes for—apparently due to a delay caused by the front desk. Meanwhile, we were not served at our scheduled time, despite having paid in advance. We ended up calling an Uber, lost another 30 minutes, and barely made it to our flight at the last moment. On top of that, the shower in the room was broken—we had to wash using just a hose. On the night of our arrival, we also asked the night staff to check and confirm the price for a transfer to Serravalle shopping outlet by the next morning. Of course, no one had followed up, and we had to arrange everything ourselves and rent a car. Terrible service. If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place to stay.
