I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. I arrived at 23:00 to find the air conditioning in my room was broken. When I reported this, staff dismissively claimed the weather made it unnecessary and suggested I sleep outside—a completely unprofessional and unacceptable response. After I pushed for a refund, which was denied, the hotel eventually offered a different room via Booking.com support. However, that room was infested with insects and presented clear health and safety hazards. Despite these issues, the hotel refused to resolve the situation adequately. I would not recommend this property to anyone; it lacks basic amenities, proper maintenance, and professional standards.

Nowhere was it stated that the bathroom and toilet were outside the room. When we arrived and rang the doorbell, nobody answered. When we called by phone, we were told in a harsh tone that we had to pay first. After paying, nobody answered any phone calls for about half an hour. We even had to ask the nearest neighbor for help. Only after that did they send us the access code. They behaved like scammers.
